100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your magazine purchase, for any reason, we will gladly cancel the order for a full refund within 30 days, even if you've started to receive your magazines.

Even up to 4 months after purchase, if you aren't satisfied for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund for any undelivered issues.  After 4 months, no refund will be issued, except in the case of delivery problems and no issues have been received.

When Can I Expect Delivery?

You can expect your subscription to begin to arrive according to the times below, depending on the frequency of issues:

- digital subscriptions are available in 2-4 weeks
- weekly magazines usually ship in 4-6 weeks
- monthly magazines usually ship in 6-8 weeks
- bi-monthly magazines or seasonal magazines usually ship in 8-10 weeks
- quarterly or less-frequent magazines may take up to 12 weeks to ship.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Some publishers may take longer than others and if they receive your order in between issues the publisher needs to wait until the next issue is printed to fulfill your order.  With less frequently published magazines, this can result in a perceived extended delay in delivery.  Unfortunately, we are unable to control the timing of these publishing schedules, however, we always transmit your order to the publisher in a timely manner.

Do you Automatically Renew?

We do NOT automatically renew your magazine by default.

We are the only online magazine outlet that lets you CHOOSE upfront if you want to automatically renew your subscription.

If you select our Easy-Renew option on the magazine page, then purchase that magazine, it will automatically renew at a discounted rate.

What is Easy-Renew?

Easy-Renew is our optional automatic renewal program.

When enrolled, your magazine subscription will renew automatically at the current published rate at the time of renewal with a loyalty discount applied.

We will NOT charge you full newsstand price like most other magazine websites. The renewal price will be actually below our published price at the time of renewal.

This program is a great "set-it-and-forget-it" option with the peace of mind that you are getting the best possible price at renewal!

How do I enroll in Easy-Renew?

Select the Easy Renew option on the magazine page, then keep shopping, add more magazines if you'd like, then check out.

Magazine subscriptions can be automatically renewed (through Easy-Renew) on an individual basis, meaning you can have a magazine order with multiple magazines, but only add Easy-Renew to the ones that you'd like to automatically renew.

How do I cancel auto-renewal?

If one or more of your magazines are enrolled in Easy-Renew, our automatic discounted renewal program, you can easily stop auto-renewal WITHOUT having to contact us!

Just log onto your account here:

and then go to your auto-renewal subscriptions:

Click on the blue button to view your auto-renewal subscription.

From here, you can

  • view your automatic renewals (subscription)
  • change quantity
  • add a new magazine to your auto-renewal
  • pause your subscription
  • reactivate a subscription
  • cancel a subscription
  • change your payment method

This is a full self-service platform where you can manage everything about your auto-renewal.

Can I renew my current subscription?

You can renew your current magazine subscription with us, even if you didn't originally buy from us.

When you order, select "Renewal" on the Subscription Type on the magazine page and then check out.

Make sure you use the same name and address as your current subscription for uninterrupted service.

How do I request a refund?
