Delivery Times
You can expect your subscription to begin to arrive according to the times below, depending on the frequency of issues, and the publisher printing schedule.
- weekly magazines usually ship in 4-8 weeks
- monthly magazines usually ship in 6-10 weeks
- bi-monthly magazines or seasonal magazines usually ship in 8-12 weeks
- quarterly or less-frequent magazines may take up to 12-16 weeks to ship
- UK based magazines may take 14-18 weeks to ship
However, most deliveries for popular magazines arrive much sooner. If you've been waiting 12 weeks for your first issue to arrive, please contact us at customerservice@totalmagazines.com and we will work to resolve it.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your magazine purchase, for any reason, we will gladly cancel the order for a full refund within 30 days, even if you've received your magazines.
Refund Policy
After 30 days and up to 4 months after purchase, we offer a pro-rated refund on undelivered issues. After 4 months, no refund will be issued, except in the case of delivery problems and no issues have been received.
How to Cancel
Please email our support team at customerservice@totalmagazines.com and one of our representatives will handle your request within 2 business days. Please include your order number and subscription details.
Refund Times
Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at customerservice@totalmagazines.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
